1. The service

Shipfy (shipfy.ai) is run by Artur Vlasov, United Arab Emirates ("we"). It makes dry bulk and tanker market reports from a request you type. During the beta it is free, it may change or stop at any time, and it has daily limits. By using Shipfy you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

2. AI-written reports: not advice

Reports are written by an AI model from figures collected from public sources. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, even where a figure is shown as checked.
Reports are general market information and decision support. They are not financial, investment, legal, chartering, charter-party or other professional advice, and they do not take your full position into account.
Check every figure and recommendation against your own market information and professional judgement before you fix a vessel, buy or sell a ship, or make any other decision. You are responsible for your decisions.

3. Your use

Shipfy is for professional use by people aged 18 or over.
Do not put personal data of other people or confidential information (for example vessel names, counterparties or contract terms) into requests or comments.
Follow the acceptable use policy. In short: no automated or bulk requests, no attempts to get around limits, break security or misuse the AI, and no use that breaks the law or sanctions.
We may refuse requests, block networks or stop access to protect the service.

4. Content and sharing

You keep any rights in what you type. You allow us to use your requests, ratings and comments to run and improve Shipfy.
Market figures come from their publishers, who keep their rights. Reports give short, dated extracts for information; for full data, go to the publisher.
You may share a report link with others. Anyone with the link can open the report (but not your request). Do not present a report as your own research or as advice from Shipfy.

5. No warranty and limits on liability

Shipfy is provided free, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of Shipfy or reliance on a report, including lost profit, hire, freight or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Privacy and cookies

How we handle data is set out in the privacy notice and the cookie policy.

7. Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting rights you have under the law of your country.
