Acceptable use policy

Shipfy is a free beta with daily limits, shared by everyone who uses it. This policy is part of the terms of use.

You may not

• Scrape or automate. Do not use scripts, bots or crawlers to send requests, download reports in bulk or copy the site's data.
• Get around limits. Do not try to bypass the daily limits, for example by switching networks, clearing cookies or using many browsers to send more requests.
• Send data that does not belong in a request. No unlawful content, no confidential information (for example vessel names, counterparties or contract terms) and no personal data of other people.
• Resell reports as a data feed. Do not sell, license or republish reports, or the figures in them, as your own data product or feed.
• Misuse the AI. No prompt injection, no attempts to make the AI ignore its instructions, reveal its instructions or internal data, or produce unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
• Attack the service. No attempts to break security, test for weaknesses without following our vulnerability reporting process, overload the server or get into accounts that are not yours.
• Break the law. No use that breaks the law or sanctions that apply to you or to us.

What we do

We may refuse a request, block a network or stop access, without notice, to protect Shipfy and its readers. If you think we blocked you by mistake, write to info@shipfy.ai.
